Club Assembly - Topic "Rotary Club of Lexington - What's in Our Future?"

PP Dan Olsen has some exciting ideas about trying to increase membership, getting more of the young people involved and to want to accept leadership roles in the club, perhaps making the club more enticing to join, and is overall very enthusiastic about the club.  As a club, he feels we need to develop that feeling.  Although we all know that, Dan definitely has some ideas about how to get the club to "grab the bull by the horns" and to hopefully stop the attrition, and go in the opposite direction – growth.  It will be work. As a club, we must all be in this thing together.

Dan has some ideas about forming a committee or committees, as need be, to get the above going and accomplished.  He is very excited about his future second term as President.  In speaking with him, I think his enthusiasm for the future of the club is very contagious.  I would love for Dan to share his ideas with all of us.  We have to start the movement now.  The meeting - he would like to speak and then let there be an open forum, so that anyone and everyone can speak up.
