ImageOur speakers for the day were Dawn McKenna and Trisha Perez-Kennealy from the Lexington Tourism ImageCommittee (www.tourlexington.us) They presented a very interesting program detailing the activities of the Committee. Their mission is to promote economic development in Lexington through tourism. Lexington is considered a world class tourist destination and the town should be doing more to promote tourism. When tourists visit here, especially those who spend at least one night, Lexington experiences increased business activity and revenues, both of which greatly benefit the town.

Dates to remember:  Christmas/Holiday Party-Dec 16; no meeting Dec 23; regular meeting Dec 30.
