Joseph J. Dini Chairman, Vice President, CFO
Mr. Dini is currently Chairman of the Board of Massachusetts Air And Space Museum, sits on the board of AOPA Aviation Finance (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) and, President of a leasing and finance consulting company, Air Credit Alliance, Inc. He has been directly involved in the aviation finance and leasing industry for over fifty years, consummating over $4 billion in worldwide transactions. He assisted in setting up number of leasing and finance groups for such entities as First NH Banks, GMAC, Merrill Lynch, Santander Bank, AOPA and others. He has also owned a successful aircraft acquisition, appraisal and marketing company. He served as a trustee of Daniel Webster College and was chair of its finance committee. He is a former member of the Lexington MA School Committee and sat as its chair. He has taught finance and marketing at local universities. He has written many articles on leasing and finance and presented at a number of national and international symposia. He is an officer in the US Air Force Auxiliary (CAP) and a private pilot. He is a Paul Harris Fellow. He served in the U.S. Navy reserves in the early 1960s. Joe holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Northeastern University and a graduate degree in management from Lesley University. He believes that those dedicated to their country are the lifeblood of its future. Massachusetts is where it all started in 1775, The contributions of its citizens, educational institutions, corporations and military organizations are responsible or the success the United States has had as a world leader in aviation and aerospace.
