Biography

Audrey Loria is the Executive Director of Wildflower and has been with the organization for 13 years. She is the first executive director for Wildflower, after 16 years of the organization being led by its founder, Cyndi Jones. Audrey left her professional work as a compensation analyst to raise her children and then became actively engaged in parent-teacher association leadership and other volunteer roles for many years. The mission of Wildflower, providing support to children who have experienced the death of a parent, spoke to her because she had witnessed the impact of such a loss when her brother-in-law passed suddenly at age 40, leaving behind Audrey’s sister and her then 12-year-old niece. That loss occurred in 2009, and an ad in the Winchester Star in October of that year led Audrey to Wildflower. At Wildflower, Audrey has served on the Board, as Program Director, and currently also serves as a Family Liaison to a few of Wildflower’s families.
