Bridging the Gap in Diabetes Care: Advancing Health Equity in Our Community
Diabetes remains a significant public health challenge, affecting millions across the globe, including members of our local community. My presentation will explore the disparities in diabetes care, particularly among underserved populations, and how innovative, technology-driven solutions can help bridge these gaps. I will discuss actionable strategies to advance health equity, improve patient outcomes, and reduce the burden of this chronic disease. Together, we will reflect on how individuals and organizations, such as Rotary, can contribute to these efforts and make a meaningful impact.
